Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, online platforms, or in person.

  • Provide accurate information on room rates, availability, hotel services, and special packages.

  • Enter and maintain reservations accurately in the system.

  • Modify or cancel existing reservations as needed, ensuring all updates are properly documented.

  • Follow up with guests on special requests, preferences, or required confirmations.

  • Ensure all reservations are confirmed in writing and all required deposits or payments are collected.

  • Coordinate with the front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure guest requirements are met.

  • Maintain guest records and ensure data privacy and accuracy.

  • Upsell rooms and hotel services to maximize revenue.

  • Handle group bookings and coordinate with the sales/events team if needed.

  • Resolve booking-related issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.

  • Proficiency in hotel reservation software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
