CONCIERGE & VALET PARKING CUM BELLMAN

Job Description

• Providing customer service and managing vehicle parking for guests or residents.
• Manage greeting guests, providing information, and assisting with various requests.
• Valet duties include parking and retrieving vehicles, handling keys, and maintaining the valet area.
• Communicating effectively with other staff members to ensure seamless service. 
• Helping guests with their bags and belongings. 
• Offering directions, recommendations for local attractions, and answering general inquiries. 
• Providing a warm and welcoming initial interaction with guests. 
• Managing and organizing vehicle keys securely. 
• Keeping accurate records of vehicle locations and transactions. 

Requirements:

• Must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma for any discipline
• Minimum 1 to 2 year working experience.
• Work experience in the hotel industry and well known of Valet System is a bonus.
• Required skill(s):  excellent customer service skills
• A valid Full driver's license.
• Working Day: 6 Days Per-Week (1 Rest Day )
• Working Hour: (Rotation Shift)
