Responsibilities
-Greet and serve customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
-Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
-Prepare and serve food and beverages following standard procedures.
-Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
-Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area, counters, and kitchen spaces.
-Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining inventory.
-Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, or special requests promptly and professionally.
-Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Requirements
--Willing to relocate/ work at Kuala Lumpur
-No prior experience is required; training will be provided (experience in F&B or customer service is a plus).
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Basic math skills for handling cash and POS systems.
-Physical stamina to stand, move, and perform tasks during shifts.
-Availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
