Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist and manage day-to-day operations of social media marketing, CRM, email and web content update with relevant information and photographs.
  • Assist formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with customers.   Monitor, coordinate, and assist in the planning of the ongoing company presence on social media.
  • Able to develop and edit videos for postings.
  • Reply to inquiries and sustain relationships & positive engagement with our online community.
  • Responsible for other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when assigned from time to time. (i.e. photography)
  • To explore new social media channels and strategies and stay abreast with digital marketing trends to reach our target customer 
  • Any other duties of a comparable nature as may be required.   

Qualifications & Skills:

  • At least 2 years of working experience in the similar capacity
  • Minimum Diploma in Mass Communication/Marketing or relevant field
  • Has good written communication skills, preferably in both English and Mandarin.
  • Possesses experience in customer relations/services in a similar field/capacity.
  • Possesses good photography and videography skills.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possesses proficiency in MS Office (Words, Excel & Power point)
  • Fluency in spoken and written Chinese and English is essential.
