Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Craft and serve creative, high-quality cocktails and beverages.
- Experiment with innovative drink recipes and presentation techniques.
- Maintain an extensive knowledge of spirits, mixers, and garnishes.
- Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and create a memorable experience.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and freshness of ingredients.
- Keep up with industry trends and introduce new mixology concepts.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency at the bar station.
- Educate customers on drink selections, pairings, and unique blends.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking bar supplies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Professional experience as a mixologist or bartender.
- In-depth knowledge of drink crafting, flavor balancing, and presentation.
- Creativity in developing unique cocktail recipes.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of bar equipment and safety handling practices.
- Certification in mixology or bartending is a plus.
- Passion for the beverage industry and willingness to explore new trends.
