Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and respond to reservation inquiries from various channels.
  • Provide accurate information on room availability, rates, promotions, and policies.
  • Process reservations, modify bookings, and ensure confirmation details are correctly communicated.
  • Assist in daily operational tasks related to reservations.
  • Follow up on reservation discrepancies and short-stay requests from the front desk.
  • Stay informed on hotel contract rates for travel agencies and corporate clients.
  • Check trace reports and resolve outstanding reservation matters.
  • Coordinate with the Reservations Manager, Assistant Reservations Manager, and Reservations Supervisor.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel booking procedures and policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in hotel reservation management software and MS Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to quickly address guest issues.
  • Availability to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail for accuracy in reservations, payment processing, and guest requests.
