Job Description

The F&B Cashier is responsible for handling guest transactions in the hotel’s food and beverage outlets. This role ensures accurate billing, smooth payment processes, and excellent customer service, contributing to the overall dining experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handling cashiering functions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
  • Processing fast and accurate billing for guests.
  • Ensuring all checks are settled before guests leave.
  • Maintaining tally between system records and credit card transactions.

·         Greet guests warmly and assist with inquiries about menus, promotions, or billing.

·         Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

·         Resolve billing disputes or guest concerns professionally.

·         Maintain cleanliness and organization of cashier stations.

·         Ensure compliance with hotel financial policies and procedures.

·         Work closely with F&B team members to support overall outlet operations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or accounting background preferred.
  • Prior experience as a cashier in F&B or hospitality (1–2 years).
  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting practices.
