The Bellman is responsible for the efficient handling guests’ luggage during check-in and check-out. Consistently strive to ensure that all guests received the highest standard of personalized services at all times. Your duties and responsibilities include but not limited to: To meet all arriving guests and ensured that their luggage are send up to their room within 5 minutes. Greet and welcome and hotel guests. & offer luggage assistance. Assist and ensure all arriving and departing guests luggage is promptly attended to. In cases where the guests leave their luggage, ensure they are tagged and taken care of accordingly. Supply guests with directions. Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors. Deliver all guests correspondence to the rooms as well as correspondence to all other department. Assist in monitoring the smooth flow of vehicle traffic at the Hotel entrance to avoid congestion. Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property. Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities. Identify and explain room features to guests (e.g., use of room key, mini-bar, ice and vending areas, in-room safe, valet laundry services).
