Assist Sous Chef in supervising all kitchen subsections engaged in the preparation and cooking of food.
Checks function sheets and sees to it that all food are prepared on time and meet quality standard.
Supervises cooking and other kitchen personnel and coordinates their assignment.
Estimates current and daily requirements of kitchen for food consumption based on daily activity.
Checks physical aspect of all kitchen areas, coldrooms, equipments and tools.
Perform duties of Sous Chef in his absence.
Perform duties common to all supervisors and other duties as may be assigned.
