Scope of The Position
Provide administrative support to the General Manager (GM) and Deputy General Manager (DGM). To ensure the implementation of company policies, standards and procedures as they pertain to administrative functions. Actively attends and contribute to all meetings as required.
The Executive Assistant reports to the General Manager and supports both the GM and DGM in ensuring the efficient operation of the Executive Office.
The Executive Assistant is responsible for scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, preparing reports, and serving as a liaison between the General Manager (GM), Deputy General Manager (DGM), and internal or external stakeholders as needed, requiring exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities.
