Job Summary:
The Property Assistant is responsible for assisting in the daily operations and administration of multiple properties under the management. This includes monitoring property conditions, coordinating maintenance, manage any related matters to tenant, preparing tenancy agreements, and ensuring all rental collections and documentation are up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing several properties, ensuring all are well-maintained and operational.
Conduct regular inspections of properties, units, and common areas to ensure cleanliness and functionality.
Coordinate with contractors, maintenance teams, and service providers for repairs and upkeep.
Ensure compliance with building and safety regulations.
Assist in the preparation, renewal, and termination of tenancy agreements.
Update and maintain tenant records, rental rates, and lease documentation.
