Supervise room attendants and public area attendants.
Assign daily cleaning tasks and room allocations.
Inspect guest rooms after cleaning.
Ensure public areas are clean and presentable.
Monitor housekeeping supplies, linens, and amenities.
Report and follow up on maintenance issues.
Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping.
Train new staff on cleaning procedures and standards.
Maintain lost-and-found records.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hotel SOPs.
Coordinate with Front Office for room status updates (Vacant Clean, Occupied, Out of Order, etc.).
Prepare daily housekeeping reports.
