RM3,000 - RM3,800 monthly

Job Description

  • Supervise room attendants and public area attendants.
  • Assign daily cleaning tasks and room allocations.
  • Inspect guest rooms after cleaning.
  • Ensure public areas are clean and presentable.
  • Monitor housekeeping supplies, linens, and amenities.
  • Report and follow up on maintenance issues.
  • Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping.
  • Train new staff on cleaning procedures and standards.
  • Maintain lost-and-found records.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hotel SOPs.
  • Coordinate with Front Office for room status updates (Vacant Clean, Occupied, Out of Order, etc.).
  • Prepare daily housekeeping reports.
