The Accounts Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the financial operations of the resort, ensuring that all transactions, reporting, and financial activities are accurately maintained and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance Representation: Act as the finance department's representative at daily department head Morning briefing, ensuring seamless communication of financial updates and objectives.
Report Preparation: Prepare regular reports and summaries of accounting activities to keep management informed.
Transaction Verification: Verify recorded transactions and promptly report irregularities to management for corrective action.
Night Audit Oversight: Guide the night audit team to ensure accurate and timely revenue reporting.
