Finance Executive
To prepare daily Journal entries and to ensure all transactions properly taken-up in Back Office system and recording system either through manual entries or direct entries from FO system and AR section – General Ledger
To perform monthly Back Reconciliation.
To check and process Expenses Claim Form.
To perform balance sheet accounts reconciliation.
To monitor SOP and Risk Register for department.
To monitor cost control and purchasing order.
To prepare monthly GST and Tourism Tax submission
To prepare and key-in standard journal vouchers every month-end closing.
To perform and submit monthly financial statements
To perform yearly tax computation.
To assist in Finance and ISO audits
