Seeking a professional and proactive F&B Service Intern . This role offers an immersive experience in high-standard dining operations, ranging from daily restaurant service to large-scale banquet events. Job responsibilities: Provide secretarial support for the Director of Food & Beverage and the F&B Service team Support the Director of Food & Beverage for all administration and office coordination Interact with internal and external stakeholders Manage the schedule for the Director of Food & Beverage Prepare the communications outlined by the Director of Food & Beverage           Coordinates meetings and appointments for the Director of Food & Beverage Support the Food & Beverage Service Operations when needed Liaise closely with Restaurant Managers, Culinary teams, and other department colleague to ensure smooth coordination and F&B admin operations. Uphold Shangri‑La service standards, policies, and brand values while ensuring compliance with hotel procedures and SOPs.
