Job Description
Providing customer service and managing vehicle parking for guests or residents.
Manage greeting guests, providing information, and assisting with various requests.
Valet duties include parking and retrieving vehicles, handling keys, and maintaining the valet area.
Communicating effectively with other staff members to ensure seamless service.
Helping guests with their bags and belongings.
Offering directions, recommendations for local attractions, and answering general inquiries.
Providing a warm and welcoming initial interaction with guests.
Managing and organizing vehicle keys securely.
Keeping accurate records of vehicle locations and transactions.
Requirements:
Must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma for any discipline
Minimum 1 to 2 year working experience.
Work experience in the hotel industry and well known of Valet System is a bonus.
