Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all guests check in, check out and enquiries are handled promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure guest data entry during registration is accurate.
  • Liaise with relevant departments such as Housekeeping or Maintenance regarding room status or guest request.
  • Maintain, update and manage guest data in Opera system.
  • Strive to serve guests with professionalism and absolute courtesy at all times. 

Requirements:

  • Good interpersonal skills to provide overall guest satisfaction.
  • 1 or 2 years of related experience is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required.
  • A good team player and strive to have a career in Hospitality industry.
