Food & Beverage Server

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages according to hotel service standards.
• Ensure tables and dining areas are properly set up and maintained.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant and service areas.
• Respond to guests' enquiries and requests promptly.
• Assist in handling guest feedback to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Work closely with the F&B team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage service is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a positive attitude.
• Customer-oriented and passionate about hospitality.
• Well-groomed and able to work as part of a team.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
