Coffee House - F&B Service Agent

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and guest-oriented F&B Service Agent to join our Coffee House team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient food and beverage service, maintaining restaurant cleanliness and presentation, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements.

• Present menus, explain menu items, take orders, and serve food and beverages accurately.

• Ensure timely and attentive service throughout the guests' dining experience.

• Prepare and maintain table settings, service stations, and restaurant areas.

• Clear tables and reset them promptly while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar team members to ensure smooth service operations.

• Respond to guest enquiries and feedback professionally, escalating complaints to the supervisor when necessary.

• Follow hotel service standards, standard operating procedures, and food safety requirements.

• Assist with restaurant opening and closing duties, including setup and replenishment of service supplies.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the F&B management team.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior experience required.

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong sense of responsibility.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Must possess a valid typhoid vaccination and Food Handler Training Certificate, if available. Candidates without these may be required to obtain them upon employment.
