Job Description – Reservations Agent

• Handle incoming sales calls promptly and ensure all calls received through the Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) system are answered in a timely manner.
• Record and process reservations received via telephone, fax, email, hotel website, and Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of IHG Hotels, restaurants, facilities, services, and properties within the region.
• Stay updated on special rates, promotional offers, packages, and applicable booking policies.
• Ensure all reservation correspondence is accurate, professional, and completed within the required timeframe.
• Achieve and maintain high Signature test call scores in accordance with IHG standards.
• Process reservation amendments, including stay extensions, early departures, cancellations, and other changes, subject to room availability and revenue management strategies.

What we need from you

• Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Sales or a related field.
• At least one (1) year of relevant working experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is required, along with proficiency in the local language(s).
