Job Description

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to hotel standards and recipes.
- Take drink and food orders from guests and recommend suitable drinks or food pairings when needed.
- Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked with drinks, glassware, ice, garnishes, and other supplies.
- Set up the bar before service and make sure all equipment and tools are clean and ready to use.
- Enter orders, prepare guest bills, and process payments using the Micros POS system.
- Handle cash and card payments accurately by following hotel procedures.
- Welcome guests, provide friendly and professional service, and respond to guest requests in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the restaurant and kitchen team to ensure guests receive their food and drinks quickly.
- Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines and check guest identification when required.
- Keep a clean and neat appearance, wear the correct uniform, and follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Answer guest questions and recommend suitable drinks and menu items.
