To prepare all confidential typing of business documents and to provide administration support to Department staffs.
Job description
- Coordinates, liaise, follow up and handle on all incoming telephone and walk in inquiries for all functions as a potential source of business.
- Coordinate catering menus, banquet set-ups, and audiovisual needs with clients.
- To be well versed with product knowledge of the hotel and able to conduct telesales and attend to enquiries.
- To coordinate with the appropriate departments in the dissemination of information, data, request and other details provided by the customers.
- To requisite and maintain all kind of stationery and office equipment’s in the Sales & Marketing.
- To take charge in respect of the following: -
- · Attend to all sales department mail and maintain a correspondence data base
- · Maintain a proper system of filling and tracing
- · To take minutes of meetings
- · Monitoring and replacement of sales collateral
- · Ensure quotation projects meets deadlines
- · Attend to incoming calls, fax, email enquiries in a timely manner
- · Ensure all outgoing correspondence are accurate and well presented
- · Follow up on bookings and reservations of rooms made
- · To conduct hotel inspections and presentations to client.
- Other tasks to support the business plan as and when required including working extra hours if required to ensure company business objectives are met.
- To maintain secrecy of the department as well as of the hotel.
- To perform other duties as and when assigned by the Department Head.
