Job Description

  • Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest requests professionally
  • Assist with reservation and booking arrangements
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest requests
  • Prepare daily reports and filing of documents
  • Support Front Office team in daily operations
