Job Description

  • Manage all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, and MICE

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue growth

  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures to ensure profitability

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a talented team of food and beverage professionals

  • Collaborate with other department managers to ensure seamless cross-functional operations

  • Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety in all food and beverage areas

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations
