Job Description

Main Duties:



Guest Service / Marketing Responsibilities

 

  1. Daily Tasks

·         Print guest feedback from all OTAs and Medallia.

·         Investigate any negative feedback received.

·         Conduct room checks for VIPs, corporate guests, and special requests.

·         Compile meal survey guest emails for TA Express.

·         Compile and update the guest review tracking sheet.

·         Create artwork as needed.

·         Respond to enquiries on social media platforms.

·         Update social media enquiry reports

 

  1. Weekly Tasks

·         Every Friday after 4:00 PM, send the guest email database to TripAdvisor to collect reviews.

·         Compile the names of staff mentioned in Medallia, TripAdvisor, and OTAs, and submit the list to HR.

·         Create and schedule content for social media.

·         Proactively engage with guests to obtain face-to-face feedback from a minimum of three guests.

 

  1. Monthly Tasks

·         Compile a marketing competitor set.

·         Coordinate room decorations (if applicable).

·         Assist with event decorations (if applicable).

·         Update the Guest Experience (GE) board at B3 Staff canteen.
