Main Duties:
Financial Responsibilities
1.None, or to be discussed with the hiring manager. (Typically, interns do not have direct financial responsibilities).
Operational Responsibilities
1.Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting IT hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, etc.) and software applications.
2.Support the IT team in the setup, configuration, and deployment of computer systems, mobile devices, and networks.
3.Help with the deployment of software updates, patches, and security configurations.
4.Monitor system performance and assist in identifying and resolving any issues or bottlenecks.
5.Assist with system backups and data recovery tasks as needed.
6.Participate in the management of IT inventory and an asset tracking.
Guest Service
1.Provide technical support and assistance to end-users (staff) via email, phone, or in-person for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
2.Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported problems in a timely and efficient manner.
3.Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
4.Maintain a positive and helpful attitude when interacting with users.
