Job Description

Main Duties:
1. Handling guest payment for check-in, check-out and any additional charges.
2. Handling incoming or outgoing calls and forwarding calls to the respective
department.
3. Assisting with processing invoices and ensure outstanding to be collected.
4. Maintaining cleanliness in reception area.
5. Responsible to welcoming guests, assisting with check-in and check-out
procedures, handling guest inquiries and providing exceptional customer
service.
6. Perform to any shift that scheduled in daily basis.
7. Attending daily briefing and weekly training.
8. Answering, recording and processing guest’s enquiry and request.
9. Always follow up on guest request.
10. Able to explain hotel product knowledge.
11. Work closely with colleagues to ensure that all guest meet the hotel standard.
