Job Description

Main Duties: Financial Responsibilities
1.Ensure minimal wastage of food and beverages through proper handling and storage.
2.Assist in stock counts and inventory control when required.

Operational Responsibilities Guest Service
1.Greet guests courteously and assist in seating arrangements.
2.Respond promptly to guest requests in a professional manner.
3.Gather guest feedback and relay to supervisors for service improvement.

Product
1.Assist in setting up and clearing restaurant tables and buffet counters.
2.Ensure all dining areas are clean, well-stocked, and presentable

General
1.Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures.
2.Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
3.Be punctual and reliable for assigned shifts.

Marketing Responsibilities
1.Support promotional activities or themed events by distributing flyers, setting up décor, and informing guests.
2.Share feedback from guests regarding promotions or special offers
Personnel and Training Responsibilities
1.Attend scheduled training sessions and apply learned skills on the job.
2.Work collaboratively with team members and show willingness to learn.

Administrative Responsibilities
1.Assist in preparing simple reports (e.g., guest preferences, feedback logs).
2.Handle filing, menu printing, or guest comment cards if assigned

Food & Beverage
1.Support food and beverage operations across outlets, including restaurants, bars, or banquet areas.
2.Shadow experienced staff to learn service techniques and customer engagement.
3.Assist in replenishing items and reporting low stock to supervisors.
