Job Description

•    Takes orders of food & beverage, makes recommendations suggestion to guests in outlets and function rooms.
•    Clears tables of utensils and to re-set table as specified by meal period.
•    Set-up of buffet, placing of appropriate utensils according to items displayed.
•    Work closely with other employees in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
•    Collect, check and prepare sufficient guest supplies and equipment for Operation in the designated service area.
•    Take reservation, greet and seat guests, present menus, take and process orders and assists the guest whenever possible.
•    Prepare present and process guest bills according to the policies of the hotel.
•    Maintain a high level of personal hygiene and food safety, appearance, wearing the appropriate uniform.
•    Fully conversant with all aspects of the Micros System.
•    Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food and Beverage combinations and up sell alternatives.
