Operational Supervision
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff.
Assign duties and schedules to room attendants and public area cleaners.
Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are met.
Ensure timely room readiness in coordination with the Front Office.
Quality & Guest Experience
Maintain the hotel’s luxury standards of cleanliness and ambiance.
Address guest complaints or requests related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
Ensure lost-and-found procedures are followed accurately.
Staff Management & Training
Train new housekeeping associates on cleaning procedures, safety standards, and hotel policies.
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback, coaching, and motivation.
Assist in performance evaluations and disciplinary actions when required.
Inventory & Supplies
Monitor and control housekeeping supplies, linens, and equipment.
Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals and tools.
Report maintenance issues and coordinate with the Engineering department.
