Front Desk / Guest Service Officer

RM1,700 - RM2,300 monthly

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist hotel guests

  • Handle check-in and check-out

  • Answer phone calls and guest inquiries

  • Manage bookings and basic cashier duties

  • Handle guest complaints politely and professionally

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or SPM holder with 2 years working experience
  • Basic experience in hotel front desk or customer service preferred

  • Good communication skills

  • Friendly, polite, and well-groomed

  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

  • Basic computer skills
