CHEF DE PARTIE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MANAGING A SPECIFIC SECTION OF THE KITCHENAND ENSURING THE PREPARATION OF THE HIGH QUALITY DISHES, THE ROLE INCLUDES SUPERVISINGJUNIOR KITCHEN STAFF AND MAINTAINING HYGIENE STANDARDS AND SUPPORTING SMOOTH KITCHEN OPERATIONS.
