Job Description

Administrative & Documentation

  • Provide full administrative support to the F&B Department.

  • Prepare, maintain, and update departmental reports, records, and files.

  • Handle correspondence, emails, memos, and internal communications related to F&B.

  • Assist in preparing meeting minutes, schedules, and follow-ups.

Purchasing & Inventory Support

  • Prepare Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and follow up with Procurement and Finance.

  • Maintain proper records of invoices, delivery orders, and supplier documentation.

  • Assist in monitoring inventory levels, usage reports, and cost control documentation.

Coordination & Communication

  • Liaise with Kitchen, Service Outlets, Stores, Finance, HR, and other departments.

  • Coordinate staff schedules, attendance records, and leave documentation for F&B staff.

  • Assist in onboarding documentation for new F&B employees.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly F&B reports as required.

  • Ensure all documentation complies with company policies, audit requirements, and food safety standards.

  • Support internal and external audits by preparing required documents.

Event & Operational Support

  • Assist in administrative coordination for banquets, events, and promotions.

  • Support F&B management in operational planning and special projects.

Other Duties

  • Perform any other duties assigned by F&B Management from time to time.
