Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservation Executive at Dorsett Kuala Lumpur.
The Reservation Executive will be responsible for handling FIT and group reservations, providing excellent customer service, communicating with guests, driving sales, and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Dorsett Kuala Lumpur, located within Kuala Lumpur’s Golden Triangle, is the first hotel in Malaysia for Dorsett Hospitality International. The midscale hotel offers 322 guestrooms, including suites, multi-functional spaces, a gymnasium, and dining facilities.
