Executive Housekeeper

Perdana Kuala Lumpur City Centre (PKLCC), owned by Permodalan Nasional Berhad and managed by Attana Hotels & Resorts Sdn. Bhd., is currently looking for a dynamic and energetic individuals for the following position:

Executive Housekeeper 

1)    To supervise Assistant Housekeeper, Supervisors, Attendants and Trainees in ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.

2)    To assist in planning and coordinating the daily activities of the housekeeping team.

3)    To supervise and train housekeeping staff in their daily duties.

4)    To ensure that rooms are attended to the standard required and special attention to rooms  assigned to expected VIP arrivals.

5)    To monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities.

6)    To address any maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly.

7)    To monitor staff attendance and performance.

8)    To assist in creating work schedules and assigning tasks to housekeeping staff.

9)    To handle lost and found items, all items are to be recorded and handed over for safe keeping.
