Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Intern to join our team. This is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in gaining hands-on experience in the hospitality industry. You will support daily administrative tasks and work closely with various departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in general administrative and clerical duties (filing, scanning, photocopying, data entry).
Maintain and update internal databases and records.
Support in handling correspondence, documentation, and internal communications.
Coordinate office supply inventory and place orders when necessary.
Support the Operation and Finance departments on administrative tasks as required.
Provide general support to visitors and staff.
