Asset Maintenance Manager – Job Description
Implementation
Implements policies, processes, and standards for asset maintenance services within the Centre.
Provides specialist advice and services related to asset maintenance, ensuring compliance with BMS requirements.
Develops and oversees maintenance programs (predictive, preventive, and breakdown), including scheduling and the use of Pinnacle Asset Management Software.
Manages internal maintenance works such as minor plumbing and lighting replacements.
Selects and recommends sole contractors for specific equipment.
Prepares reports and paperwork related to asset maintenance services.
Manages event facility services, ensuring uninterrupted water and electricity supply, sufficient manpower, and required equipment.
Leads initiatives for resource conservation, including energy and water consumption optimization.
