The Senior Chef de Partie oversees the efficient operations of an assigned kitchen section, ensuring all food production meets the Centre’s quality, timing, and presentation standards. The role provides leadership to Chef de Parties, Commis, and Ambassadors by supervising workflows, maintaining safety and hygiene compliance, and managing section-level food and labour costs. Operating in a fast‑paced event environment, the Senior Chef de Partie ensures the section remains fully service‑ready and delivers consistent 5‑star guest experiences aligned with Banquet Event Orders (BEO).

Check the quality and taste of food and beverages served and provide feedback when needed. Monitor service, food, and beverage standards and take action to correct any issues.
