As Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Manager, you are responsible responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive sales activities, strategic account management, and exceptional client relationship management. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, maximizing hotel revenue across all market segments, and ensuring outstanding service delivery throughout the sales process.
Working closely with the Director of Sales, Director of Revenue & Marketing, and other operational departments, the incumbent will develop and execute sales strategies, manage assigned accounts, coordinate client events, and contribute to achieving the hotel's overall business objectives.
