Job Summary The Wellness & Spa Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the spa and wellness facilities, ensuring high-quality service, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Management
Oversee daily spa and wellness operations (treatment rooms, facilities, cleanliness)
Ensure smooth scheduling of appointments and staff allocation
Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and service quality
2. Guest Experience
Ensure excellent customer service and personalized guest experience
Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery
Build strong relationships with repeat and VIP guests
3. Staff Management
Recruit, train, and supervise therapists and spa staff
