The Event Coordination Executive / Event Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support throughout all event stages, including pre-event preparation, onsite coordination, and post-event processes. The role ensures timely and accurate documentation, smooth logistical planning, proactive customer engagement, and adherence to the Centre’s policies, legal requirements, and BMS standards. Operating in a dynamic, client-facing environment, the role contributes to delivering seamless, safe, and professional event experiences. B. Responsibilities 1. Event Planning & Documentation • Plans daily event coordination activities, including scheduling customer meetings and maintaining Event Sheets and Service Orders. • Prepares, updates, and distributes accurate Event Sheets, operational documents, and communications to relevant departments. • Coordinates move-in/move-out schedules, build-up/teardown timelines, and other pre-event logistical requirements. 2....
