Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and respond to reservation inquiries from various channels.
Provide accurate information on room availability, rates, promotions, and policies.
Process reservations, modify bookings, and ensure confirmation details are correctly communicated.
Assist in daily operational tasks related to reservations.
Follow up on reservation discrepancies and short-stay requests from the front desk.
Stay informed on hotel contract rates for travel agencies and corporate clients.
Check trace reports and resolve outstanding reservation matters.
Coordinate with the Reservations Manager, Assistant Reservations Manager, and Reservations Supervisor.
Ensure compliance with hotel booking procedures and policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in hotel reservation management software and MS Office applications.
Strong problem-solving skills to quickly address guest issues.
