Job Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical and air conditioning systems.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, HVAC, and mechanical equipment.
Conduct daily inspections of hotel facilities and guest rooms.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and hotel standards.
Maintain proper records of maintenance activities.
Assist with other engineering duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
Job Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience (hotel experience is an advantage).
Knowledge of electrical systems, air conditioning, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
