We are looking for a dependable and multi-skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance Department. If you have experience in building maintenance and are capable of carrying out a variety of repair and maintenance tasks, we welcome you to be part of our team.
Job Responsibilities
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of the hotel's building, guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
Perform general maintenance works including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, and minor repair works.
Inspect hotel facilities regularly and rectify defects in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot maintenance issues and respond promptly to repair requests from various departments.
Repair and maintain doors, locks, furniture, ceilings, walls, flooring, windows, and fixtures.
Carry out painting, touch-up works, plastering, patching, and finishing to maintain the hotel's appearance.
