Job Description
- Supervise and assign duties to housekeeping staff
- Inspect guest rooms and common areas
- Ensure cleanliness and hotel standards are maintained
- Train and guide housekeeping employees
- Manage cleaning supplies, linen, and equipment
- Report maintenance issues and room defects
- Handle guest complaints related to cleanliness
- Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance
- Prepare staff schedules and daily work assignments
- Monitor productivity and staff performance
- Undertake other housekeeping duties as assigned by the management
