Security Supervisor

RM2,000 - RM2,500 monthly

Job Description

- Oversee daily activities, conduct shift briefings, and provide on-the-job training for security officers.
- Create and manage duty rosters to ensure 24/7 security coverage across the property.
- Prepare accurate incident reports, daily logs, and investigation findings.
- Serve as the first point of contact for emergencies like medical cases, fire alarms, disturbances, theft, or    accidents.
- Coordinate directly with local authorities (e.g., Police, Fire Department, and Ambulance) when necessary.
- Regularly patrol all hotel areas—guest floors, public spaces, parking lots, and back-of-house zones.
-Monitor Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras, alarm systems, and access controls.
- Authorize and monitor visitor access to restricted areas and maintain strict key control.
- Investigate complaints, security breaches, thefts, and safety hazards.
- Ensure hotel property is safeguarded and report any irregularities in guest or employee behavior.
