Job Description

  1. Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to the highest standards, adhering to all health, safety and hygiene regulations

  2. Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient kitchen environment

  3. Collaborating with the Head Chef and other Chefs de Partie to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes

  4. Supervising and training kitchen assistants to ensure they perform their duties to the required standard

  5. Monitoring stock levels and placing orders for necessary ingredients and equipment

  6. Ensuring all food wastage is minimised and that ingredients are used efficiently

  7. Providing excellent customer service and responding promptly to any guest queries or requests
