Job Description

  • Assist Sous Chef in supervising all kitchen subsections engaged in the preparation and cooking of food.
  • Checks function sheets and sees to it that all food are prepared on time and meet quality standard.
  • Supervises cooking and other kitchen personnel and coordinates their assignment.
  • Estimates current and daily requirements of kitchen for food consumption based on daily activity.
  • Checks physical aspect of all kitchen areas, coldrooms, equipments and tools.
  • Perform duties of Sous Chef in his absence.
  • Perform duties common to all supervisors and other duties as may be assigned.
