Job Description

  • Clean and tidy guest rooms according to hotel standards.

  • Replace bed linens, towels, and guest supplies daily.

  • Check and restock room amenities such as toiletries, coffee, and water bottles.

  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.

  • Ensure all assigned rooms and corridors are clean, safe, and well-presented.

  • Assist in cleaning public areas when required.

  • Handle guest requests politely and promptly.

  • Follow safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times.
